FlexClampis a Patent Pending design made of multiple pins that adjust virtually to any object and format. The pins adapt to the shape of the contour of objects to be fixed, obtaining a precise, rapid, and free of distortion clamping with a perfect fit each time. The system is powered by hydraulic pump or pneumatic line, allowing to obtain an elevated clamping force, or smooth and delicate in case of use on fragile objects, alike. By utilizing a pressure regulator, it is possible to obtain a fine adjustment applicable to all sorts of materials and shapes.

It comes with a female threaded connection, you can build a power system (hydraulic/pneumatic) that accommodates to your application needs, with one or multiple FlexClampactuating simultaneously to obtain the necessary restriction level (degrees of freedom) for infinite applications.

FlexClamp™ is ready to be mounted in different configurations and attached to your equipment. The FlexClamp™ device can be fixed with socket cap screws from the top face and also UNC female thread on the back face (depending on the model). FlexClamp™ Feature Options

Designed for general applications with heavy duty in mind. Every and each detail on these devices has robustness in its DNA to make sure all users can install a long lasting tool to their applications. Machining, welding, stamping, automotive assembly line and many other operations can induce a burden, since cutting oil, metal chips, sparks, vibrations, fumes, to name some can be present in the working environment. Of course this model can be applied for delicate and less stressing demands as well.

For medical device, pharmaceutical, and lab applications; we offer our Cleanroom option in compatible materials, cleanliness and cleanability designs following ASME BPE guidelines. Products can be specially designed for CIP (Clean-in-Place) and/or SIP (Sterilization-in-Place) requirements.

For food and beverage industry, products can be specially built with FDA compliant materials, and cleanability in mind. CIP (Clean-in-Place) compatible.

When the devices are in contact or applied in environments where sensible medical and/or electronic components require electrostatic discharge safe design, our ESD safe option is ready to perform the job. Additional cleanroom requirements can be combined with this option.
