Cancellation

Transaction cancellation can be done going to My account > Orders > Cancel
Our team will review your cancellation request before approving.
Cancellation is possible while the transaction is in a Processing or On-hold status. Once the order is processed, you will need to contact us by e-mail to sales@flexclamp.us for a refund.

Refunds

Refunds are accepted only if you (the customer) notify us by email to sales@flexclamp.us before our Shipping Processing Closure Time (SPCT), being our SPCT at 4:00 pm PST (Pacific Standard Time). Once the order has been processed for shipping, it is considered in transit and there will be no refunds.
If you place an order after our Shipping Processing Closer Time (SPCT) you will have up to the next SPCT.

Processing fees on the original payment will not be returned in case of a refund. These are fees assessed by banks and payment networks (like Visa, Mastercard, etc.). For some regions and payment types, refunded payments also incur additional fees.

No Returns

We do not accept returns. For more information see our Offer of Sale.

Exchanges

We may accept the exchange of our products only if it is considered a standard product and not a custom made or modified item.

The product has to be in an as new condition, i.e. never used, no marks, dents or scratches, all surfaces must be clean of foreign material, not suffer discoloration, alterations or missing parts.
If the received product can not be restocked and sold as a new item, we are not accepting the exchange request.

Shipping, restocking fees, and other expenses will apply.

Acceptance of exchange is subject to inspection at our facilities by our personnel. In case of not acceptance of the exchange request, we will try to indicate the reason, but MAZONTECH LLC is not obligated to do so.

DO NOT SHIP YOUR PRODUCT WITHOUT A PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT FROM US.

To avoid unnecessary shipping and processing fees (in the case we do not accept the exchange request), we highly recommend sending in attached file, clear pictures of the product from all directions with your exchange request e-mail. In this way we can pre-evaluate a possible exchange based on the provided information.

Customer has 10 days from delivery to send an exchange request to sales@flexclamp.us.

MAZONTECH LLC, at its option, will adjust any monetary difference with a refund or store credit.
